Deposit Terms:
£200 deposit reserves any van for a period of 1 week. It removes it from sale, and gives you peace of mind that we wont sell it to anyone else. A deposit is not designed for you to reserve it just to view and no refunds will be issued on this basis. Please be take great care to read the description and view the slide show of pictures. If you would like further information prior to putting down a deposit then just ask.
For those of you buying over the Internet, we guarantee refund if on arrival and viewing the van it is not as described then we will refund the £200 deposit immediately. We also give you a 12 hour cooling off period, whereby should you change your mind in that period we will refund your deposit no questions asked. After this period work will have started to bring the van up to your required specification (e.g. Pre delivery checks, paint work and servicing) and therefore deposits are not refundable/returnable, should you change your mind or decide that you cannot afford the van for example.
Where you want any additional services/work carried out then a higher deposit is usual requested to cover the customer specific work involved. Deposits for customer specific work are not refundable, as this is additional work that you have requested e.g. windows fitted, service items requested, road fund licence.
We usually offer a minimum 28 days/1,000 miles return to base warranty (which ever occurs sooner). Our usual warranty on forecourt vehicles is 3 months/3000 miles return to base, with first month parts & labour and the remaining 2 months labour only. We recommend that you are member of a roadside assistance company, particularly if you live a long way from our premises. Like any warranty it excludes wear and tear, consumables items like bulbs, belts, brake discs/pads, wiper blades, exhaust system, battery, clutch etc. We recommend cambelt and associated belts are changed at the earliest opportunity regardless of mileage, this can be done using genuine parts for around £250+VAT on most vans. We also recommend changing the water pump where belt driven at the same time, these are usually fairly cheap e.g. around £40 on a VW Transporter for example. To comply with the warranty customers must ensure correct engine levels are maintained, any fault is rectified as soon as discovered thus mitigating further damage. Van must be returned to our site at Foel, Nr Welshpool SY21 0NS for the repair work to be carried out, where the vehicle is not driveable or unsafe due to the part failure this should be on a recovery vehicle.

For those customers who want to be able to take their van to their local garage then we also offer a range of warranties for our vans
The starting level is a 6 month policy which cover £500 maximum per claim value, is only £95 one off fee. Other periods and claim values available - please ask. Excludes 4x4s which are on a different price tariff.
Please bear in mind that the wear and tear on a vehicle will usually vary depending on the mileage it has covered and it's age.
Part Exchange Vans / Overage Stock / Trade Deals
All our part exchange vans are sold as seen.
They are sold as trade sales and usually have some kind of fault, age related wear and tear which will be stated in the listing. If required you can upgrade a vehicle to include mechanical check, 12 months MOT, valet, optional warranty.
Occasionally we do trade deals these are bargains-to-clear, usually over age stock or an unwanted part-exchange that we simply wish to clear because it does not fit the age and mileage conditions of our site in Foel. It is only for sale to a business user and it is sold as seen with no warranty implied or given. These are business to business deals - you must be a sole trader, self employed, a sub-contractor or a Ltd Company. It is your responsibility to assess if you fit this criteria. Please note we do not sell trade deals to private buyers or "consumers" - these are STRICTLY business to business only. We ask that you make your own business decision as to its suitability for your purpose. We may have inspected the vehicle earlier on if it is overage stock but it may then have been sat on the forecourt for some time. Or we may have not inspected the vehicle in our workshop and would recommend that you make your own arrangements to ensure that it is roadworthy and serviced before you buy or drive it on the public highway. If you would like an independent inspection by a company like the RAC, AA or another organisation then that’s fine but bear in mind we cannot allow them to use our facilities for insurance purposes.
If we are aware of a fault we will state it in the listing. We sell all Trade Deals for you to repair as necessary. It has age related wear in the engine, gearbox, drive-train and ancillaries. These items are only covered by a warranty if an option pack is purchased i.e. mechanical check, 12 months MOT, valet, warranty. We cannot arrange finance or deliver the van and the vehicle must be removed from site within 48 hours of purchase to make way for new stock, unless another date is agreed at time of deposit.
